The portfolio ranges from a condo in Atlanta to a two-house compound in Beverly Hills, whose aerial footprint illustrates the scale of the wealth generated by the songwriting catalog. European holdings include large estates in London and a mansion in the south of France overlooking the sea in Nice.
These properties are strategic geographic centers, used to explore Europe and maintain connections with his husband, David Furnish, and their social circle. Having retired from touring, he now chooses his family estate in England as his primary home.
